The company holds 99% interest in the Iska Iska project, a polymetallic property consisting of one mineral concession covering an area of approximately 900 hectares located in Potosi Department, southern Bolivia; and 82% interest in the La Victoria Gold/Silver project that consists of 16 concessions covering an area of 8,933 hectares located in the North-Central Mineral Belt of Peru. It also holds interest in various other projects located in Québec, Canada. The company was formerly known as Cleyo Resources Inc. and changed its name to Eloro Resources Ltd. in July 1997. Eloro Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 1975 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

RHP operates OEG as its Entertainment segment in a taxable REIT subsidiary, and its results are consolidated in the Company's financial results.
