The Nicholas-Denys project has a total surface area of approximately 80 square kilometers, and consists of Ann's Creek and Beresford Copper properties. The Beresford Copper property consists of approximately 240 contiguous claims with a total surface area of over 50 square kilometers. The Ann's Creek property is located in the extension of the lead-zinc-silver-copper-gold zone.
