The Brick Ltd. (The Brick) is a retailer of household furniture, mattresses, appliances and home electronics, operating under four banners: The Brick, United Furniture Warehouse, The Brick Mattress Store, and Urban Brick. The Company has two operating segments: Retail and Financial Services. The Company operates retail stores concentrating on the sales of furniture, mattresses, appliances and electronics. Retail customers are offered credit though the Brick Card which is funded and billed by unrelated external service providers. The Financial Services segment is primarily engaged in providing extended warranty services on products sold to customers of The Brick and credit insurance on balances that arise from customers' use of their Brick Card. As at December 31, 2011, The Brick operated 232 retail store, including 60 franchise locations. The Brick owns 100% of the limited partnership units of The Brick Warehouse LP. In March 2013, Leon's Furniture Ltd acquired Brick Ltd.

Celadon Group, Inc. operates as a dry van truckload carrier, which transports full trailer loads of freight from origin to destination without intermediate stops or handling. The company offers time sensitive transportation in and between the U.S. and its two trading partners, Mexico and Canada. It operates through the following business segments: Asset-Based and Asset-Light. The Asset-Based segment includes its asset-based dry van carrier and rail services, which provide truckload carrier services of general commodities to a similar class of customers. The Asset-Light segment consists of its warehousing, brokerage, and less-than-load operations. Celadon Group was founded by Stephen B. Russell in May 1985 and is headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. The index is based on the Morningstar® Developed Markets ex-North America Target Market Exposure Index and is constructed by applying an optimization process to the Parent Index that aims to deliver a higher dividend yield than the Parent Index, while limiting expected tracking error to the Parent Index.
