The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the Index and in depositary receipts based on the securities in the Index. The Fund will concentrate its investments (will hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the Index is concentrated. The Index is sponsored by Structured Solutions AG, the index provider. The Fund's investment adviser is Global X Management Company LLC.
