The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in securities that comprise the Index or in depositary receipts representing foreign securities in the Index. The Index is designed to provide a benchmark for investors interested in tracking public companies that are active in platinum group metals (PGM) mining based on revenue analysis of those companies. PGMs collectively refer to six elements, platinum, palladium, osmium, iridium, ruthenium and rhodium, which have similar physical and chemical properties and tend to occur together in the same mineral deposits. The Index is developed and owned by International Securities Exchange, LLC (the Index Provider). The Fund invests in securities of non-United States issuers. The Fund's investment advisor is First Trust Advisors L.P.

The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the ISE Global Copper Index. The ISE Global Copper Index is designed to provide the investors interested in tracking public companies, which are active in the copper mining industry based on analysis of revenue derived from the sale of copper. The issuers of the component securities of the index must be engaged in some aspect of the copper mining industry, such as copper mining, refining or exploration.

The Fund's investment adviser is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.

NASDAQ:WOODiShares Global Timber & Forestry ETF, formerly iShares S&P Global Timber & Forestry Index Fund (the Fund), is an exchange-traded fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global Timber & Forestry Index (the Index). The Index consists of approximately 25 publicly-traded companies engaged in the ownership, management or upstream supply chain of forests and timberlands. These include forest products companies, timber real estate investment trusts (REITs), paper products companies, paper packaging companies and agricultural products companies. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. The Fund's investment adviser is BlackRock Fund Advisors.
