BNY Mellon High Yield Strategies Fund is a closed ended fixed income mutual fund launched and managed by BNY Mellon Investment Adviser, Inc. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It primarily invests in fixed income securities of below investment grade quality, including securities of companies at early stages of development and companies with a highly leveraged financial structure. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the BofA Merrill Lynch U.S High Yield Master II Constrained Index. It was formerly known as Dreyfus High Yield Strategies Fund. BNY Mellon High Yield Strategies Fund was formed in April 29, 1998 and is domiciled in the United States.

SPDR Barclays Mortgage Backed Bond ETF (the Fund), formerly SPDR Barclays Capital Mortgage Backed Bond ETF, investment objective is to replicate, as closely as possible, the price and yield performance of the Barclays Capital U.S. MBS Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the United States Agency mortgage pass-through segment of the United States investment grade bond market. The United States Agency mortgage pass-through security refers to a category of pass-through securities backed by pools of mortgages and issued by one of the UNited States Government-sponsored enterprises, including Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA), Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC). SSgA Funds Management, Inc. serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
