The Company's oil and gas assets are concentrated in Texas and Louisiana. As of June 30, 2014, its total proved reserves were 135,071,173 Thousand Cubic Feet Equivalent (Mcfe). As of June 30, 2014, the Company's West Texas properties are situated in Eastland and Callahan Counties and represented an immaterial amount of reserves and are excluded from its SEC reserve report.
