Indophil Resources NL holds interest in Tampakan Copper-Gold project in the southern Philippines. The Company's Tampakan Copper-Gold project is held under a contract to the Philippine Government. The Tampakan Project has resources of approximately 2.94 billion tons, containing over 15 million tons of copper and approximately 17.9 million ounces of gold. The Tampakan Project is a copper and gold deposit. Its exploration portfolio includes over four projects within approximately two exploration areas in the Philippines, such as and Eastern Mindanao (Bunawan and Manat). The projects include over three granted licenses and associated tenement applications totaling approximately 150 square kilometers and have various styles of gold and copper-gold mineralization, including vein, stockwork and breccia hosted epithermal gold-silver mineralization, porphyry related copper-gold systems. The Company is a subsidiary of Alsons Prime Investments Corporation (APIC).
