Renaissance Minerals Limited is engaged in the mineral exploration in Cambodia and advancing its Okvau Gold Project. The Company operates through four segments: Australia, Cambodia, Alaska and Corporate. The Cambodian Gold Project is located in the Mondulkiri Province of Cambodia over 265 kilometers north-east of the capital Phnom Penh. The Okvau and adjoining O'Chhung licenses cover approximately 400 square kilometers of project area and are located within the core of a prospective Intrusive Related Gold (IRG) province in the eastern plains of Cambodia. The Pinjin Gold Project is located north-east of Kalgoorlie with the project area covering Archaean greenstones within the Eastern Goldfields Province of the Yilgarn Craton. The Quicksilver Gold Project is located within the Tintina Gold Belt in south-west Alaska, which hosts a range of igneous-related gold deposits, including the Fort Knox, Pogo and Donlin Creek deposits.
