Alpha Minerals Inc. is a junior mineral exploration and development company with uranium and gold properties in North America. The Company has approximately 182,000 acres of prospective uranium and gold claims distributed throughout North America. The Company’s Athabasca Basin Properties include Patterson Lake South, Cluff, and Hook, which totals approximately 170,000 acres. Its operations are focused on its Patterson Lake South property in Saskatchewan. The Patterson Lake South property is a 50:50 joint venture between the Company and Fission Energy Corp. The property covers approximately 31,000 hectares consisting of 17 mineral dispositions, which partially cover Patterson and Forest Lakes. The Company’s Mikwam Gold Property in North Eastern Ontario, Canada, totals approximately 2,400 acres within the western extension of the Casa Berardi Deformation Zone. Effective December 9, 2013, Fission Uranium Corp acquired Alpha Minerals Inc.
