The Lamaque South Gold project is situated in the Val-d'Or Gold District, adjacent to the city of Val-d'Or, Quebec, itself located approximately 550 kilometers northwest of Montreal. The Lamaque South property consists of over four contiguous mining concessions and over 20 mining claims for a total of approximately 1,510 hectares (ha). The Company holds various properties in Canada, including the Sigma-Lamaque property in Val-d'Or, Quebec, properties within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt in Quebec and Ontario, and a property in British Columbia. The Company has no revenues from mineral producing operations.
