On 1 June 2007 the Company raised USD 208 million through an initial public offering on the AIM Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. On 29 November 2007, the Company completed a secondary placing on AIM and raised USD 100 million. The main activities of the Company are investing in the development of its existing real estate properties in Ukraine. The Company provides financing to its investees either through equity or debt financing.
