Efora Energy Limited, formerly SacOil Holdings Limited, is an independent oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production. The Company's segments are South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, DRC, Botswana and Malawi. The Company has a diverse portfolio of assets spanning production in Egypt; exploration and appraisal in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi and Botswana, and midstream projects, including a crude trading allocation in Nigeria and a terminal project in Equatorial Guinea. It is also engaged in downstream operations. The Company is focused on delivering energy for the African continent by using Africa's own resources. Its exploration activities include acquiring seismic and other geophysical data to image the subsurface; developing and understanding the subsurface geology; using this understanding to predict where oil and gas might be trapped, and identifying targets for exploration and then drilling one or more exploration wells.
