It provides dental facilities and support staff to the affiliated practices and provides or assists with organizational planning and development, staff recruitment, employee retention and training programs, quality assurance initiatives, facilities development and management, employee benefits administration, procurement, information systems and practice technology, marketing, payor contracting, and financial planning, reporting and analysis. On June 1, 2010, the Company acquired the non-clinical assets of Cincinnati Dental Services, Inc. and Dentco, Inc., (Cincinnati Dental). In February 2012, JLL Partners, through its affiliated entities, acquired the Company.
