Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. is a full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company. The Company operates under the brand name Catalyst Rx. Its clients include self-insured employers; state and local governments; managed care organizations (MCOs); unions; third-party administrators (TPAs); hospices, and individuals who contract with it to administer the prescription drug component of their overall health benefit programs. It provides its clients access to a contracted, non-exclusive national network of approximately 65,000 pharmacies. On June 13, 2011, the Company acquired Catalyst Rx Health Initiatives, Inc. (CHII). On January 25, 2011, the Company acquired NLBP, LLC (NLBP).
