Indiana Community Bancorp (ICB) is a bank holding company of Indiana Bank and Trust Company (the Bank). The Bank directly, and through its subsidiaries indirectly, offers a range of consumer and commercial community banking services. These services include residential real estate loans, commercial and commercial real estate loans, checking accounts, regular and term savings accounts and savings certificates, consumer loans, debit cards, credit cards, Individual Retirement Accounts and Keogh plans, trust services, and commercial demand deposit accounts. On September 15, 2012, Old National Bancorp merged with the Company. Effective September 15, 2012, the merger of Indiana Bank and Trust Company, Indiana Community Bancorp's banking subsidiary, into Old National Bank, the banking subsidiary of Old National Bancorp was completed. In October 2012, Old National Bancorp announced that it has completed its merger with Indiana Community Bancorp.
