Teledyne LeCroy, Inc., formerly LeCroy Corporation, develops, manufactures, sells and licenses oscilloscopes and communication protocol analyzers. It offers seven families of oscilloscopes: LabMaster 9 Zi-A, the Company’s highest performance oscilloscope system; WaveMaster, a high-performance oscilloscope family; WavePro, which is targeted at the mid-to high-performance sector; WaveRunner, designed for the mid-performance sector; WaveSurfer designed for users in the low bandwidth sector of the market; WaveJet, designed for users in the low bandwidth sector of the market, and WaveAce, its entry-level oscilloscope products. On August 3, 2012, Luna Merger Sub, Inc. (Merger Sub), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (Teledyne), merged with and into the Company.
