The Company also operates under management agreements hotels in Cairo, Luxor, Taba, Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, and six Nile River cruise vessels. The Company acquired the Hotel Lot, which includes the restaurant, meeting rooms and other hotel facilities. On July 1, 2010, the Company purchased a condominium hotel in Coconut Grove, Florida. In January 2012, Sonesta Acquisition Corp. acquired the Company.
