The Company's product offering includes disposable and metal prophylaxis (prophy) angles, prophy cups and brushes, dental micro-applicators, panoramic X-ray machines, moisture control products, infection control products, dental handpieces (drills) and related components, endodontic systems, orthodontic toothbrushes, flavored examination gloves, children's toothbrushes, and children's toothpastes. The Company's manufacturing and distribution facilities are located in Missouri, Illinois, California, Indiana, Wisconsin and Ireland. The Company markets its products primarily in the United States. The Company also markets its products in several international markets, including Canada, Europe, South America, Central America and the Pacific Rim. In January 2013, Linden Capital Partners acquired the Company.
