In August 2011, the Company acquired a 100% interest in Tianjin Yuchengxin Information Security Technologies Limited (Yuchengxin). In February 2011, the Company established a joint-venture, Beijing Yuxinyicheng Internet Technologies Co., Limited. In December 2012, it merged with New Sihitech Acquisition Limited.
