Interline Brands, Inc. (Interline) is the holding company of the Interline group of businesses, including its principal operating subsidiary, Interline Brands, Inc. (Interline New Jersey). Interline is a distributor and direct marketer of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products. It stocks approximately 100,000 MRO products in the categories including janitorial and sanitation (JanSan); plumbing; hardware, tools and fixtures; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); electrical and lighting; appliances and parts; security and safety, and other miscellaneous products. The Company’s products are primarily used for the repair, maintenance, remodeling, refurbishment and construction of properties and non-industrial facilities. It markets and sells its products primarily through 14 brands. In September 2012, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and P2 Capital Partners, LLC acquired Interline.
