It offers deposit products, including consumer and commercial checking accounts, money market accounts, NOW accounts, savings accounts, noninterest-bearing and interest-bearing demand deposits, and time deposits, as well as certificates of deposit and business accounts. The company also provides secured and unsecured loans; consumer installment loans, and construction and mortgage loans; and financial and agricultural loans, as well as lines of credit. In addition, it offers corporate, pension, and personal trust services, as well as acts as trustee, executor, and administrator for estates and as an administrator or trustee of various types of employee benefit plans for corporations and other organizations. Further, the company provides retail brokerage services, which include sale of retail investment products comprising stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities; property and casualty, life, health, and disability insurance services; and investment securities management services. The company's primary market area comprises Colquitt, Baker, Lowndes, Tift, Worth, and the surrounding counties of southwest Georgia. It operates through five full service banking facilities and six automated teller machines, as well as a loan production office in Tifton, Georgia. The company was founded in 1928 and is headquartered in Moultrie, Georgia.
