Claymore/SWM Canadian Energy Income Index ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called the Sustainable Canadian Energy Income Index (the Index). The Index consists of 30 stocks selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of companies listed on the TSX, NYSE Amex, NASDAQ or NYSE. The universe of companies includes over 35 TSX-listed Canadian royalty trusts and 25 oil sands resource producers that are classified as oil and gas producers. The companies in the universe are selected using criteria as identified by Sustainable Wealth Management, Ltd. (SWM or the Index Provider). The Index allocates between the oil sands and royalty trust constituents according to the existing price trend of crude oil. The Fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Claymore Advisors, LLC.
