SPDR S&P International Mid Cap ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. between USD2 Billion and USD5 Billion Index (the Index), an index that tracks the mid-capitalization segment of global markets outside the United States. The Index is a float-adjusted market cap-weighted index that represents the mid-capitalization segment of developed countries included in the S&P Global Equity Index (the Global Equity Index). The Global Equity Index captures the full universe of institutionally investable stocks in developed and emerging markets with float-adjusted market capitalizations of at least $100 million. The Fund uses a passive management strategy designed to track the price and yield performance of the Index. The Fund’s investment manager is SSgA Funds Management, Inc.
