The Company operates through two segments: Unified Communications (UC) and Telephone. The UC provides enterprise hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), hosted Microsoft Communication Services, mobile convergence and advanced voice applications for the desktop. The Company's Telephone segment operates as a retail and wholesale seller of communications services. This segment provides telecommunications services, including local networks, network access, long distance voice, customer premise equipment, private branch exchange (PBX) equipment, high speed (broadband Internet) and dial-up Internet access services, wireless and directory advertising services (yellow and white pages advertising and electronic publishing).
