The Company, through its subsidiary, The Commercial Savings Bank (the Bank), is engaged in providing customary retail and commercial banking services, including acceptance of deposits for demand, savings and time accounts, individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and servicing of such accounts; lending, including installment loans, and safe deposit and night depository facilities. It offers a range of loan products, which include commercial loans, real estate loans, consumer loans, home equity loans and indirect finance loans. The Company's commercial loans include commercial and industrial loans along with loans to commercial borrowers that are secured by real estate, including commercial property loans, multi-family residential property loans, one-to four-family residential property loans, and construction and land loans. Its investment portfolio includes its available-for-sale securities and held-to-maturity securities.
