The Company owns one cruise vessel, the m/v Island Breeze. The Company's m/v Island Breeze vessel is approximately 126 meters (415 feet) in length with a capacity of approximately 1,000 passengers and a cruising speed of around 18 knots. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, IBI Leisure Group, LLC (IBI), offers a range of professional services through its maritime, gaming, and food and beverage divisions.
