Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (TCM) is a mining company engaged in the full mining cycle, which includes acquisition, exploration, development and operation of mineral properties. The Company operates in three segments: Copper-Gold, US Molybdenum and Canadian Molybdenum. Its Copper-Gold operations consist of Mount Milligan Mine, a conventional truck-shovel open-pit copper and gold mine and concentrator in British Columbia. The US operations for molybdenum include the Thompson Creek Mine (TC Mine) in Idaho and the Langeloth Metallurgical Roasting Facility (Langeloth Facility) in Pennsylvania. The Canadian operations for molybdenum consist of approximately 75% joint venture interest in the Endako Molybdenum Mine Joint Venture (Endako Mine) in British Columbia. Its principal products are copper and gold. It produces over 75.2 million pounds of copper in concentrate and approximately 225,990 ounces of gold in concentrate.
