The US Division is engaged in logistics operations under which the provision of catered products is outsourced to local specialist suppliers, then assembled in the Division's facilities in Los Angeles and Memphis, and delivered to the aircraft. The US division supplies food directly to the aircraft in the quantities specified by the airline.
