In the Q1, our overall average selling price of homes delivered decreased 3% year over year to approximately $480,000 mainly due to mix shifts. For the 2024 Q2, we are projecting an overall average selling price of approximately $483,000 up slightly both sequentially and compared to the prior year period. We still expect our overall average selling price for the full year will be in the range of $480,000 to $490,000 Homebuilding operating income for the Q1 increased slightly to $157,700,000 compared to $156,500,000 for the year earlier quarter. The current quarter included abandonment charges of $1,300,000 versus $5,300,000 a year ago.
