The Company's portfolio consists of Lindero heap leach oxide gold project and the adjacent Arizaro copper-gold (Cu-Au) porphyry deposit, together which covers over 3,500 hectares (approximately 13.50 square miles) located in Salta Province, northwestern Argentina. The Company has been granted the primary mining permit allowing it to develop the Lindero open pit, heap leach gold mine. The maiden Arizaro resource at the reported approximately 0.2 grams per ton gold (g/t Au) cut-off grade includes an indicated resource of over 338,000 gold ounces and an inferred resource of approximately 230,000 ounces. Included within the reported resource is indicated resource at approximately 0.3 g/t Au cut-off grade of over 205,000 ounces associated or adjacent to a magnetite breccia.
