The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of interests in oil and natural gas projects in Canada. The Company's oil and gas properties are situated in the province of Alberta, Canada. The Company is the operator of the Frog Lake prospect and Morningside well 15-23-42-28W/4. In addition, the Company has farmed out the Redwater North, Morningside and Gilby properties. It has completed approximately three wells at its Frog Lake Heavy Oil Project. Approximately six oil and natural gas wells have been completed on its over 320 acre block of land held in the Redwater area of central Alberta. Its Gilby property in Alberta produces natural gas from the multi-zone gas discovery in the 11- 35-39-28 W4M well. It has interests in approximately two wells located in the Morningside area of Alberta. Its 7A and 7B wells produce approximately at four cubic meters per day.
