AIFC holds interest in ArPetrol International Energy Company Inc. (ArPetrol Energy) and ArPetrol Argentina S.A. (ArPetrol Argentina). Through ArPetrol Argentina, the Company owns and operates the Faro Virgenes concession in the Santa Cruz province of Argentina. The Company's production is derived from its operations in Argentina.
