It also has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Princeton Property, a gold quartz property comprising 13 claim units covering 4,031 hectares located in the south of Princeton, British Columbia; the New Nadina property located in the Omineca mining division in north-central British Columbia; and the Poplar property located in the Omineca mining division British Columbia. The company was formerly known as EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. and changed its name to Tasca Resources Ltd. in October 2011. Tasca Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
