The Logistics segment provides non-asset-based broker services, which include ancillary transportation services, such as third party logistics and freight forwarding services. This segment also provides truckload and less than truckload freight services on vans, flatbeds, and other specialty equipment; and intermodal services, international ocean and air shipping, and emergency and expedited services, as well as specialty services for hazardous and fragile products. The company also offers inventory warehousing and distribution services. It serves customers across various industries, including multinational corporations. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Bolton, Canada.
