West Mountain Environmental Corp., formerly West Mountain Capital Corp., operates through its subsidiary, Phase Separation Solutions Inc., in the waste processing industry using Thermal Phase Separation Technology (TPS) to eliminate the liability inherent in contaminated soil, sludge and, where possible, recover hydrocarbons for reuse. The Company has a fixed facility in Wolseley, Saskatchewan (Wolseley Facility) with one TPS unit processor designed to treat contaminated soil, sludge and solid wastes impacted with chlorinated hydrocarbons, such as dioxins, furans and pesticides. It constructs and operates a number of TPS units in China. One of the TPS units is located in Hangzhou, China for the treatment of pesticide contaminated soil, another TPS unit is located in Ningbo for the treatment of Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) contaminated soil, while one more TPS unit in storage in Nanjing being readied for upcoming projects.
