Legacy IMBDS, Inc. was incorporated in 1990 and is headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. On June 28, 2023, Legacy IMBDS, Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The plan was later approved as Chapter 11 liquidation on February 21, 2024.
