Ltd; exclusive sublicense agreement with CLS Therapeutics Ltd to develop and commercialize pharmaceutical products and methods incorporating DNase enzyme for use in treatment of cancer; and exclusive license agreement with CLS Therapeutics Ltd to develop and commercialize pharmaceutical products and methods incorporating DNase in conjunction with CAR T therapies.
