On October 10, 2011, it acquired approximately 300 retail storefront consumer finance centers from certain subsidiaries of CompuCredit Holdings Corporation. Effective April 23, 2012, it merged with an indirect subsidiary of Grupo Elektra S.A.B. de C.V.
