The Company operates in three segments: Natural Gas Pipelines & Services, NGL Pipelines & Services and Petrochemical Services. On September 7, 2011, Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (EPD) and Duncan Energy Partners announced the merger of the Company with a subsidiary of EPD.
