The Company's development projects include Corani Silver-Lead-Zinc Project and Santa Ana Silver Project. Its exploration projects include Maria Jose Prospect, La Yegua Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Prospect and Sumi Gold Prospect. The wholly owned Corani silver-lead-zinc project is located in the Andes Mountains approximately 160 kilometers southeast of Cusco, Peru. Santa Ana silver project is located 120 kilometers southeast of the city of Puno, Peru. The Maria Jose Prospect is located in the Department of Ancash, 140 kilometers north by northwest of Lima. The La Yegua copper-gold-molybdenum prospect is located in central Peru approximately 20 kilometers northeast of the Los Chancas copper/gold/molybdenum deposit. Sumi Gold prospect comprises 1,200 hectares located in the gold-silver epithermal belt in central Peru.
