The company also holds 100% interest in the Chibougamau vanadium project that covers an area of approximately 6,990 contiguous acres located in the Lac Chibougamau, Quebec; Escape Lake North Platinum Group Metals project covering as area of approximately 4,000 contiguous acres located in Ontario, Canada; and Perron-East Gold project that covers an area of approximately 1,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec. Spearmint Resources Inc. was formerly known as Indefinitely Capital Corp. and changed its name to Spearmint Resources Inc. in February 2012. The company was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
