The Company holds approximately 55,000 hectares of mineral properties with measured and indicated resources of approximately 1.7 billion tons. The Company's projects include Vista Coal Project, Vista South Coal Project and Vista Extension. Vista covers approximately 10,000 hectares and provides a large scale, surface mineable, thermal coal project. The Vista South Coal Project is located approximately six kilometers southwest of the Vista Coal Project and covers approximately 23,000 hectares. Vista Extension is located on the northeast boundary of Vista and covers approximately 14,400 hectares. The Company's subsidiaries include Coalspur Mines (Holdings) Pty Ltd and Coalspur Mines (Operations) Ltd.
