The Epoxy segment develops and markets a variety of epoxy resins, curing agents and performance coatings used in aerospace, automotive, electronics and construction industries. Under the Winchester Business Unit, the company designs, manufactures and distributes small-caliber, centerfire and rimfire ammunition for sporting, law enforcement and military purposes.

Founded in 1892 by Franklin W. Olin, the company has evolved through a series of expansions and mergers to become a prominent global chemical and ammunition producer. Headquartered in Clayton, Missouri, Olin maintains production and distribution facilities across North America, Europe and Latin America to serve a diverse customer base. Its integrated asset base and logistical network support both domestic and international markets.
