About Phillips 66

Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX) (NYSE: PSX) is a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Established in its current form through the spin-off of ConocoPhillips in 2012, the company traces its brand heritage to the original Phillips Petroleum Company, which launched the iconic “66” motor fuel in 1927. Today, Phillips 66 operates across four principal segments—Refining, Midstream, Chemicals, and Marketing and Specialties—providing a broad suite of products and services to customers worldwide.

In its Refining segment, Phillips 66 owns interest in 13 world-scale refineries with a combined crude oil processing capacity exceeding two million barrels per day. These facilities convert crude oil into transportation fuels, petrochemical feedstocks, lubricants and specialty products. The Midstream business spans approximately 14,000 miles of pipelines and 97 terminals, offering crude oil and natural gas liquids gathering, transportation, fractionation and storage services. This integrated network supports stable operations and optimizes feedstock supply to both the company’s own refineries and third-party customers.

The Chemicals segment is run through the Chevron Phillips Chemical joint venture, one of the world’s largest producers of olefins and polyolefins. It manufactures a variety of high-performance plastics, resins and specialty polymers for industries ranging from packaging and automotive to construction and consumer goods. Meanwhile, the Marketing and Specialties unit sells branded fuels under the Phillips 66, Conoco and 76 names across more than 10,000 outlets in the United States, Europe and Asia, along with marine lubricants, aviation fuels and specialty fluids for industrial applications.

Serving customers across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, Phillips 66 leverages a global supply chain and substantial infrastructure footprint to deliver energy products safely and reliably. Its management team—led since inception by industry veteran Greg C. Garland—focuses on operational excellence, disciplined capital allocation and sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction and hydrogen development. Through these efforts, the company aims to meet evolving energy needs while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
