About UGI

UGI (NYSE:UGI), founded in 1882 and headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is a diversified energy distribution company serving residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural customers. The company operates through three primary segments—AmeriGas Propane, UGI International, and Midstream & Marketing—offering a comprehensive portfolio of propane and natural gas products and services across multiple geographies.

AmeriGas Propane is the largest retail propane distributor in the United States, supplying propane for home heating, cooking, farm irrigation, industrial processes and motor fuel applications. The segment maintains an extensive network of over 1,900 distribution locations, cylinder exchange sites and delivery routes, providing customers with tank installation, appliance maintenance, safety inspections and emergency delivery services.

UGI International delivers liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to end users in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Belgium, France and the Netherlands, and operates utility gas and electricity distribution networks in Eastern Europe. Through a combination of cylinder depots, bulk terminals and pipeline infrastructure, this segment supplies propane, butane and LPG blends to households, retail outlets, hospitality businesses and industrial facilities.

The Midstream & Marketing segment purchases, stores, transports and markets natural gas and associated liquids in the United States. Leveraging underground storage facilities, pipeline interests and power generation assets, it provides transportation, storage and asset management services to utilities, municipalities, industrial customers and wholesale energy providers. Under the leadership of President and CEO John W. Walsh, UGI emphasizes safety, operational efficiency and strategic investment in infrastructure and emerging energy technologies to support long-term growth.
