About Calumet

Calumet (NASDAQ:CLMT) Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: CLMT) is a diversified downstream energy company specializing in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of refined hydrocarbon products. The company operates through two principal business segments: Specialty Products and Renewable Fuels. Calumet’s Specialty Products segment produces engineered products including solvents, waxes, lubricants, printing inks, pharmaceuticals and personal care ingredients. The Renewable Fuels segment encompasses the production and sale of biodiesel, renewable diesel and associated glycerin co‐products.

Calumet’s Specialty Products business caters to a wide range of end markets such as cosmetics, food and beverage, packaging, coatings, oilfield services and industrial cleaning. Its product portfolio features various types of white mineral oils, paraffin waxes, microcrystalline waxes and process oils, along with specialty solvents used in printing, adhesives and agricultural applications. The Renewable Fuels segment supports growing demand for lower carbon intensity fuels by operating biodiesel production facilities that convert vegetable oils and animal fats into marketable renewable diesel and feedstocks for green chemicals.

The company maintains a global manufacturing footprint with refining and processing plants located across North America and Europe. In the United States, Calumet operates refineries in Washington, Mississippi, Michigan and Pennsylvania. In Europe, the company serves customers from facilities in the Netherlands and Germany, and it benefits from an extensive logistics network for rail, barge, and truck transportation. Calumet’s distribution network extends to more than 50 countries, allowing it to support multinational customers and capitalize on international trade opportunities.

Founded in 2012 as a spin–off from Calumet Holdings, Calumet Specialty Products is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Under the leadership of John H. Pfeifer, President and Chief Executive Officer, and James A. Cox, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the company has focused on strategic acquisitions, asset optimization and sustainable growth initiatives. Calumet’s management team leverages decades of downstream expertise to maintain operational reliability while pursuing opportunities in renewable and specialty hydrocarbon markets.
