Together, these businesses support the development, startup and long-term reliability of power plants across fossil-fuel, solar and other emerging technologies.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, Argan has completed numerous projects primarily in the United States, with select assignments in international markets. Over its history, the company has built a track record of managing complex construction schedules, adhering to rigorous safety and quality standards, and fostering collaborative relationships with equipment manufacturers, engineering firms and end-use customers.

Argan’s leadership team, headed by President and Chief Executive Officer F. John Kelly Jr., emphasizes strategic growth in the energy transition space.
