Venture Global, Inc. (NYSE:VG) is a U.S.-based liquefied natural gas (LNG) company that develops, constructs, owns and operates LNG export facilities. The company sources natural gas, processes it into LNG and exports the product to customers in international energy markets.

Venture Global’s operating and development portfolio is concentrated along the U.S. Gulf Coast, particularly in Louisiana. Its projects include the Calcasieu Pass LNG facility, the Plaquemines LNG facility and additional proposed developments such as CP2 LNG and Delta LNG. These facilities are designed to produce LNG for delivery by tanker to utilities, energy companies and other buyers worldwide.

Founded in 2013, Venture Global has expanded from an LNG project developer into an international LNG supplier. The company is led by co-founder Mike Sabel, who serves as chief executive officer, and co-founder Robert Pender, who serves as executive chairman. Venture Global became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025.
