The company also holds 80% interests in the Foothills Project comprising 5 separated claim blocks that covers an area of approximately 285 square kilometers located in Québec. The company was formerly known as MDN Inc. and changed its name to Niobay Metals Inc. in September 2016. Niobay Metals Inc. was incorporated in 1954 and is based in Montreal, Canada.
